Flash Photography 101

A great email was sent out to the Minneapolis Photographic Society (mplsphoto.com), of which I am member. The email was for a Flickr user group that is based off of the blog Strobist.com. The site is for photographers looking to use off-camera flash with their new digital SLR. On this site they have a great tutorial on setting up a flash.

From the blog a Flickr group has kicked off with several meet-ups in various parts of the country. There is one happening in the Twin Cities in the next couple of weeks. If you interested and a member of Flickr, look for the Strobist group and the Minneapolis thread.
